N&B Farming Ltd
The team advised N&B Farming (landowners) on a non allocated potential development site on the periphery of East Leake in Nottinghamshire. A planning application for 235 dwellings and a new primary school was proposed. The planning application was refused by Rushcliffe Borough Council.
The team acted for Larkfleet Homes on a residential development at Upwood Road, Bury, Huntingdonshire. The team successfully secured full planning permission in May 2019 for a 92 dwelling residential scheme with a good level of open space and associated landscaping and infrastructure.
