The tender included managing the University’s existing and complex solution delivery agreement and issues with a supplier that went into administration. It also involved the transfer of some university staff under TUPE regulations to the new supplier.
This significant and sophisticated project involved us providing end-to-end support as an advisor and critical friend. Working with the University’s IT and in-house legal teams, our tasks included giving procurement and commercial advice, drafting relevant terms, reviewing tenderers’ responses, and supporting negotiations with the potential bidders and the successful supplier.
