Martha Bruce

Martha Bruce is named secretary of a number of AIM listed companies as well as a number of FCA regulated groups and routinely attends board, committee and other client meetings to record proceedings, provide practical advice and ensure the requirements of company law and ‘best practice’ in corporate governance are observed. Her experience extends over a wide range of associated disciplines, including board evaluation, governance updates, board training, intellectual property and trade mark registration, data protection and employment matters.

Formerly an executive director of David Venus & Company, a co-founder and executive of Bruce Wallace Associates Limited.

As a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute with many years’ experience, she provides complex as well as more routine company secretarial advice and services to clients.

As well as providing practical advice to help directors fulfil the daily challenges that running a company presents, Martha has also written a number of books on the subject and presented at seminars.
