Susan Wallace is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute and a Partner here at Shakespeare Martineau.
Susan is the author of Butterworths Company Secretarial Procedures and Precedents and is responsible for updating the publication, she also handles complex technical company secretarial and governance matters.
Susan’s clients comprise overseas companies listed in the UK with the main trading activities being carried out in other jurisdictions, Main and AIM listed groups and small family businesses. Susan advises directors on UK governance and regulatory issues, she also assists other professional tax and legal advisers with ad hoc technical restructuring share issues and the administration of all types of incentive plans from set up to dealing with the annual reporting obligations.
