As a Company Secretary in the Corporate Team, Tom has a particular focus on all areas of corporate governance. Tom works closely with the board members and shareholders of a number of listed companies and has been involved in; share allotments, project funding, stock transfers and day-to-day corporate transactions.
Tom is a Chartered Company Secretary, with 6 years’ experience in the financial services sector. Tom has worked closely with AIM listed and Main Market entities in the UK and regulated entities across Europe, America and Bermuda. Tom has had heavy exposure with a Company that was in crisis mode and has been involved with the winding down of entities.
Tom is currently representing the Company Secretary for a number of companies across the financial services, mining, pharmaceutical and telecommunications services sectors. Tom regularly writes articles for The Governance Institute magazine.
I have led projects on capital reductions, the drafting and coordination of financial statements and the reorganisation of a group’s committee structure.
