Chloe Higgins

Chloe Higgins is an Associate of Chartered Governance Institute with 14 years’ experience in the company secretarial field, gained within professional services.

Prior to joining Shakespeare Martineau, Chloe was a Senior Company Secretary at Bruce Wallace Associates, where she developed strong relationships, particularly with AIM listed entities. Chloe worked on both routine and complex matters for these entities including assisting with annual general meetings, annual reports and accounts, placings, open offers, acquisitions and share option schemes.

Before joining Bruce Wallace Associates, Chloe was a Manager at Equiniti David Venus where she managed a diverse client base including listed companies, charities, overseas companies and private limited companies. In this role she provided both routine compliance support and technical guidance in respect of more complex client queries and projects.

Chloe has successfully led and facilitated numerous ad-hoc client projects including capital reductions, corporate reviews, restructuring projects and has also guided a number of clients through the complexities of the IPO process.
