Han Nee leads our compliance team in our London office, providing entities management and statutory compliance support to a wide range of companies.
Han Nee has over 20 years’ experience in the company secretarial field. Han Nee has worked closely with companies listed in AQSE, AIM and LSE as well as private companies. Han Nee has been involved in transactional tasks and re-organisations projects which she carried out many client reviews. Prior to joining SHMA, Han Nee had also been seconded to many listed and non-listed clients and during her secondments, Han Nee was responsible for the full range of company secretarial matters, including dealing with statutory compliance, statutory filings, assisting with ad-hoc capital re-structuring/investments, incorporations, Diligent updating and maintenance of overseas companies.
Han Nee is a fellow of The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland. She is fluent in English, Mandarin (Chinese), Cantonese and Bahasa Malaysia.
I have led complex projects on capital re-structuring, the drafting and coordination with companies in different jurisdictions and professionalism is the key to meet the needs of our clients.
