Julian is a director and head of commercial property at our Bristol office.

With over 29 years’ experience, Julian specialises in helping commercial landlords and tenants with a wide range of property matters. He is highly regarded by clients for his breadth of knowledge, expertise and ability to find pragmatic and commercial solutions to challenging legal issues.

Working with national and international clients on all aspects of Commercial Property, Julian regularly advises on property acquisitions and disposals, portfolio management and commercial leases. In addition, Julian has in-depth knowledge of working with Self Invest Pensions and their specific property needs.

Julian and his team have long standing relationships with a number of banks, and therefore deal successfully with secured lending.

Julian has acted for a number of household names and Plc’s including Wolseley Centers (Plumb Center, Builder Center), Superdry, Pure Gym, Papa John’s as well as a number of national and regional companies.
