Joe is a commercial real estate lawyer with over 20 years experience working with healthcare operators and has particular expertise in the funding, ownership and development of care homes, new medical centres and private medical hospitals.

Joe works closely with the healthcare and education operators to develop an intimate knowledge & understanding of the commercial issues faced by clients. He leads a team of specialist lawyers and has built and developed strong links with a variety of funding streams including banks, challenger banks, private lenders, private equity, venture capital, Real Estate Investment Trusts and commercial freehold ground rent.
