David Wells

I am a City trained commercial real estate solicitor with over 20 years’ PQE with current partnership and leadership experience, a high level of commercial and financial awareness, an ethic of client focused service delivery and a keen interest in business development.

My style is one of “getting the deal done”. I like to start transactions from close to the reasonable market standard position and then tend not to back down unless it is commercially necessary for the client to do so. I like to make things happen and to be proactive and to work on the front foot. Clients compliment me on my tenacity and resilience.

Perhaps most importantly, I consider myself to be an excellent transaction closer.

Outside interests: philosophy, psychology, football, running, boxing, tennis and sport in general and supporting my children’s sporting activities.
