Raluca Larion is a legal advisor in the corporate and commercial team.
Raluca provides support on corporate matters working on a mix of due diligence and disclosure in business transactions, leading her own smaller deals and drafting shareholder agreements. Raluca also works with the team on commercial matters such as data privacy and terms and conditions. She strives to come up with creative solutions and think outside the box when it comes to problem-solving.
With over four years of experience working as part of Commercial and Corporate teams, Raluca has primarily focused on Corporate work within the healthcare sector and dental transactions. Raluca has also gained great insight into banking, after being seconded to Triodos Bank for 5 months.
Raluca is currently working towards qualifying as a solicitor through the SQE route.
