Ashley is an Associate Solicitor in our national Corporate Team. He specialises in corporate mergers, acquisitions & disposals (M&A), intra-group re-organisations, corporate finance and corporate governance matters.
Prior to focusing on corporate transactions, Ashley worked as a commercial and banking solicitor and has advised Wesleyan Bank Limited, Santander UK Plc and Lloyds Banking Group Plc on numerous secured lends into the Healthcare sector.
Ashley’s day to day practice involves advising company boards, entrepreneurs and business owners on cross-border and domestic (public & private) M&A transactions, intra-group re-organisations, general corporate governance matters, joint ventures and corporate finance matters. He has a keen interest in private equity, venture capital and equity capital market transactions.
Outside of legal practice, Ashley has previously acted as a charity trustee and is a former business owner.
