Carys undertakes a comprehensive range of commercial work providing high quality and commercially focussed advice to clients across a variety of sectors.

Working with a broad range of clients, from start-ups to major national and international businesses, Carys has particular expertise in manufacturing having held the in-house position of Head of Legal for a number of with an international manufacturing and engineering business.

Carys supports her clients with the preparation of, advice on, and negotiation and conclusion of all types of commercial transactions, arrangements and contracts. This includes supply agreements, joint ventures and collaborations, manufacturing, distribution, agency and franchise agreements, consultancy agreements, IP licensing arrangements, standard terms of supply and purchase, B2B and B2C e-commerce, outsourcing and NDAs (confidentiality agreements).

Carys also advise clients on compliance and data protection issues and related contractual arrangements, providing support and training on how to manage their data protection responsibilities, whether through their contractual arrangements, new business streams or their policies and processes.
