Nic Barker is an associate director of the corporate and commercial team.
With a specialism in corporate finance and M&A, Nic has experience across a range of sectors, including development finance, healthcare and owner-managed businesses. She also spent some years running her own business and so has first hand experience of the challenges facing small business owners.
Clients benefit from Nic’s involvement at the earliest stages of a transaction, advising on structure and strategy – no question is too big or too small!
Nic qualified as a corporate lawyer in 1995 in London and has also practised in Bristol and Hampshire. She trained at Slaughter and May and has since worked at Shoosmiths and DAC Beachcroft.
