Reveka is an experienced dual qualified solicitor having qualified and practised initially in Greece for 9 years, followed by a Masters at the University of Nottingham in the UK in International Commercial Law with emphasis on intellectual property.
Reveka qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2018 while working in house within various Universities (including Russell Group) from 2014 to 2022, when she joined Shakespeare Martineau.
She is experienced in a whole range of contracts, either it be with individuals, SMEs, larger organisations, local authorities or charities, and she is able to appreciate differing client objectives and needs. In addition, Reveka’s previous experience in another civil law jurisdiction, as well as working with University international partners and contractors, means she is able to appreciate the risks and advise on transactions with an international element.
She can offer legal support with drafting, advising, negotiating, concluding and interpreting all types of commercial transactions, arrangements and contracts. This includes NDAs, heads of terms, memorandums of understanding (MOU), framework agreements, grants, collaborations, subcontracts, consultancy agreements, intellectual property licences, sponsorship agreements, supply and purchase of services and goods.
Reveka can also provide translation and interpreting services in relation to any legal documentation or proceedings from the Greek to English language and the other way round.
Reveka enjoys helping businesses and the individuals behind them to realise their potential, taking care of legal risks, for the client to focus on developing their business carefree.
I focus on providing practical, efficient and rounded advice reflecting on client needs and acting in their best interests promptly and within requested timescales.
