Sam is an experienced chartered legal executive in our infrastructure team dealing with a wide range of commercial real estate matters.
Sam is committed to working with clients to ensure their projects are progressed as quickly and efficiently as possible to achieve their goals without compromising on attention to detail or client service.
Sam is a dedicated and efficient lawyer who will always strive to meet the client’s objectives in the best possible time. He can advise on a range of commercial property and real estate matters including the acquisition and disposal of business premises, landlord and tenant advice and the grant and renewal of business leases. However, Sam’s specialist expertise is acting for both landowners and developers in residential development, commercial development, infrastructure and projects. Some notable matters that Sam has worked on include battery storage sites, large and complex new build industrial units and various residential development sites across the UK.
