Holly Snook is a Solicitor and member of the commercial dispute resolution team based in the Bristol office working alongside Richard Gore on high value commercial disputes involving shareholders and directors, including unfair prejudice petitions and misfeasance claims.
Holly acts as well for clients in relation to contract disputes, residential landlord and tenant disputes, debt collection claims and applications to Companies House.
Holly qualified as a solicitor at CIP Solicitors in 2006, following which she worked at Co-Op Legal Services and NewLaw Solicitors. Holly joined GL Law as a Solicitor in 2019 prior to the merger with Shakespeare Martineau in October 2022.
