I am an experienced wills, trusts and probate solicitor with particular expertise in the administration of complex estates which involve farming or business assets.
I also assist with protecting clients’ financial interests. This includes advice on inheritance tax efficient wills for both private individuals and business owners.
Some of my clients are elderly or have capacity issues. I aim to guide them through the legal process with clarity and sensitivity and to achieve the best outcome for them. I am a full member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers (formerly Solicitors for the Elderly) a professional organisation which seeks to protect the legal interests of elderly clients.
