Jake Moses

Jake is a Solicitor in the Private Client team, based in the Birmingham Office. After qualifying in 2020, he spent time with a top 100 law firm where he gained extensive experience in Private Client law.

Jake acts in the drafting of bespoke Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and a wide range of succession and tax planning matters. He has extensive experience in the Administration of Estates and Administration of Trusts.

Although Jake acts for a wide variety of clients, from young professionals and new parents to business owners and retired couples, he has a keen interest in advising and assisting rural business owners, their trustees and professional advisers to provide tax, trust and succession planning advice.

Jake likes to use his spare time in a socially responsible way and undertakes considerable voluntary work. He is a mentor for students at the University of Law, is a Finance Officer for a local charity and coaches junior football. He engages with different charitable foundations and has given many talks on topical legal subjects.

He provides practical and tailored advice that’s appropriate to each client’s unique situation. Clients appreciate his straightforward advice and his pragmatic nature.
