Alex specialises in agricultural property law and has been working within the agricultural sector since he qualified as a solicitor.
Alex’s work is varied and includes buying and selling farms and farmhouses, advising on rural tenancies and licences, first registrations of land, bank work, granting easements and family and succession planning. Alex also advises on aspects of environmental agreements, such as carbon capture and Biodiversity Net Gain.
Alex acts for individuals, partnerships, trusts, companies, landed estates and charities.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and am passionate about food production and environmental matters.
I aim to be pragmatic and proactive in meeting client objectives.
