National law firm Shakespeare Martineau has increased its rankings in the 2022 edition of the Chambers High Net Worth Guide, a guide to the leading lawyers and law firms for private wealth law.
The team consolidates their top tier rankings in Leicester and their strong showing in Birmingham and Nottingham and surrounds with commentators highlighting Shakespeare Martineau as providing, “High-quality work and advice [that is] delivered in a very responsive way and there is always a willingness to adapt and respond to the particular circumstances we are facing.”
There was also individual recognition for several of our partners and lawyers including Suzanne Leggott (ranked band 1), Lesley Davis, Anne Tromans, Hannah Tait and Matt Parr featuring in the guide for the first time.
Partners Andrew Wilkinson, also ranked in band 1 and who leads our private wealth disputes team, and Debra Burton were also recognised and commended for their highly specialised work.
Suzanne Leggott, head of the private client team, commented, “This is great news for the teams across our offices, recognising the commitment of our lawyers to their clients and the level and quality of the advice and support we give. Two new rankings too for our private client offering across our Solihull and Milton Keynes offices – consolidating our status as one of the leading law firms for complex, private wealth work across the Midlands and beyond.”
