Electronic Communication Code – March 2019
Electronic Communications Code
The telecoms code is here to stay. Landowners need to be clued up and smart in their approach to getting the best outcome from their telecoms operator relationships.
The new code has vastly changed the relationship between landowners and telecoms operators, power now sits in the operators’ hands. The code is compulsory. There is no opting out and it applies to all telecoms agreements. Landowners should be ready to call on their new rights and not hang up on the idea of getting a good deal from new telecoms lettings.
Our guide provides a brief summary on how to get the best deal.
