Emma Burnett is a solicitor in the residential property team, based in Bristol. She has over 5 years experience of residential conveyancing.
Specialising in property law, Emma acts for clients wishing to buy or sell, complete transfers and re-mortgage residential property. Emma has developed a breadth of experience across a range of property transactions from small retirement flats to large property portfolio work, and assists people with the extension of their lease term through both formal and informal processes.
Emma brings a holistic approach to property transactions and knows how important it is to keep all parties in the chain updated throughout the process. Whether you are a first time buyer or seasoned developer, Emma will be on hand with as much or as little support as you require.
Emma is also a qualified Chartered Surveyor with the RICS.
