Hema has experience in a wide range of commercial and contractual matters including providing advice in respect to intellectual property matters. She has advised clients in respect to the existence, protection, exploitation and enforcement of their IP rights as well as assisting clients in the assignment or licencing of their IP rights.
Hema has also assisted a variety of clients in respect to the drafting of key terms and conditions for their business including but not limited to agency agreements, distribution agreements, framework agreement and terms of business.
Hema studied law at King’s College London University and qualified as a commercial solicitor in 2015. She joined Shakespeare Martineau in June 2017.
