Catherine works predominantly with our education clients, providing strategic advice in relation to contentious matters.
Catherine specialises in academic litigation. She has extensive experience of representing education clients in discrimination claims and judicial review applications. She also frequently advises clients in breach of contract and negligence matters, whilst regularly advising in connection with contentious data protection, consumer protection and immigration issues.
