Dannielle advises a wide variety of clients including commercial landlords and tenant, developers and investors on all aspects of commercial property disputes.

Dannielle specialises in the full range of property disputes including lease renewals, end of lease obligations, break notices, rent/debt recovery, boundary disputes, service charge and adverse possession claims.

Dannielle also has experience in telecoms advising landowners as to their rights and obligations.

Dannielle works with a wide mix of client types from large commercial clients to individuals as well as Higher Education institutions assisting in removal of protestors.
