Ben works with clients to manage all manner of commercial disputes.
Ben has a broad range of experience across all areas of commercial litigation, including breach of contract claims, professional negligence recovering large commercial debts, business protection claims and applications for injunctive relief.
He works with a wide range of commercial clients including businesses of all sizes and public sector organisations.
Ben has particular experience acting for tenants and landlords in disputes regarding Local Authorities regarding National Non-Domestic Rates (business rates) and the recovery of Empty Property Relief.
I am driven by finding the best commercial result for our clients, whether that involves going to Court, the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution or finding a bespoke solution to any given problem.
