As Head of Member Services, my role is to ensure that we provide a bespoke service to our Membership in all matters relating to them being a member of Ampa Holdings LLP. This is from their joining to their retiring and their journey in between. As a team we look after member capital, drawings, profit share distributions, taxation and current accounts. We also deal with their onboarding, off boarding and any changes arising from promotions within the membership. We endeavour to be a trusted advisor to our membership and to be their ‘go to’ as much as possible, signposting them as necessary to our colleagues across Ampa Group Services.

Rebecca is the Training and Compliance Manager for our Debt and Asset Recovery Team, and is responsible for ensuring all members of the team are fully trained on the compliance and soft skills aspects of dealing with our clients’ customers. This includes vulnerability, TCF, GDPR and other compliance matters.She is also responsible for ongoing call auditing for the team, refresher training and generally ensuring that all calls and claims are handled appropriately and to the highest standards.

Samantha manages a growing team that undertakes high volume plot sales, part exchange and residential property work with a positive, enthusiastic and dedicated approach.
