We have advised Torsion Group on a joint venture partnership with Housing Growth Partnership and funding from The Ingenious Group to deliver a major new £53 million build-to-rent development in Sheffield.
Situated in the city’s Cathedral Quarter, the Hollis Croft development comprises studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, and will provide tenants with a high-quality living experience.
