Frazer Magunda

Frazer Magunda is a Chartered Legal Executive within the Social Housing Sales Team.

Since joining the team in October 2018, he has assisted various Registered Providers with the disposal of their affordable housing and later living units. He has dealt with a wide range of transaction types. These include sales and surrenders within later living schemes, shared ownership plot sales, right to buy/acquire, voluntary right to buy and lease extensions. In recent years, Frazer has offered technical assistance to the team and has predominately focussed on expanding the site set up offering.
