Frazer leads the creations and variations team, specialising in affordable housing transactions, and deals with site set-ups, deeds of variation and lease extensions for all registered provider clients.
Frazer has assisted a range of registered providers with the disposal of affordable housing and later living units. He has experience across a wide variety of transaction types, including sales and surrenders within later living schemes, shared ownership plot sales, Right to Buy/Right to Acquire, Voluntary Right to Buy and lease extensions.
I am passionate about helping our clients deliver affordable housing and home ownership opportunities that make a lasting difference to communities. I enjoy building strong relationships, understanding each client’s objectives, and providing practical, commercially focused advice. What motivates me is working collaboratively with clients and colleagues to overcome challenges, improve processes, and achieve successful outcomes.
