Frazer Magunda

Frazer Magunda is a Chartered Legal Executive within the Affordable Housing Team.

Since joining the team in October 2018, he has assisted a range of Registered Providers with the disposal of affordable housing and later living units. He has experience across a wide variety of transaction types, including sales and surrenders within later living schemes, shared ownership plot sales, Right to Buy/Right to Acquire, Voluntary Right to Buy and lease extensions.
In recent years, Frazer has provided technical support to the team and has predominantly focused on expanding the site set-up offering. Since May 2026, he has been the Head of the Creations and Variations sub-team, which deals with site set-ups, deeds of variation and lease extensions for all Registered Provider clients.
