Mark is a 35 year qualified Dispute Resolution solicitor with a focus on Corporate disputes. He has worked for clients in a broad range of industry sectors. Mark’s main areas of expertise are shareholder disputes including unfair prejudice proceedings; warranty claims; professional negligence; and general contractual claims including commercial disputes in relation to breach of contract and breach of confidence, partnership disputes, declaratory relief and judicial review proceedings.

Insolvency expert Nicola has over 10 years’ restructuring and insolvency experience having worked with a wide variety of clients ranging from insolvency practitioners and litigation funders to corporates and their directors. She advises on a variety of restructuring, recovery and insolvency issues and has extensive experience in contentious insolvency work. Nicola is also a qualified insolvency practitioner having obtained a first time pass in the Joint Insolvency Examination Boards (2014).

Stephen Scott is a partner in Shakespeare Martineau’s real estate disputes team. He is based in our London office but also spends time in our Nottingham office (his home town). Susannah is a partner in our team based out of our London and Milton Keynes offices, within the Commercial Property and Development team, focussing on real estate finance, family offices and luxury assets.
