David is an experienced general commercial litigation partner with a focus on complex and high-value disputes, often with a multi-jurisdictional element.

David specialises in complex corporate/commercial, commercial property/construction and banking/finance litigation. His practice encompasses High Court proceedings, arbitration, adjudication and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation.

David’s wide client-base includes Sovereign states, state-owned entities, financial institutions, corporate, and entrepreneurial clients.
