We acted for engineering and manufacturing company Avingtrans Plc on the acquisition of a majority stake in Magnetica, an Australian medtech and engineering company specialising in next-generation MRI equipment.

The transaction involved our client contributing one of its own subsidiaries to the joint venture and making a funding facility available in exchange for a majority stake in the joint venture. We led the transaction and co-ordinated the international aspects of the deal.

This was the 15th transaction we have completed for Avingtrans over the last 13 years.

We have reviewed plant-based lifestyle platform Deliciously Ella’s existing e-commerce website terms and conditions

As well as reviewed its proposed agreement with other brands wishing to sell via the Deliciously Ella website.

We have also advised on the need for additional terms and conditions for corporate clients in the form of a proposed set of Self Serve Agreement terms and a proposed Enterprise Agreement. In addition, we have also recommended further amendments to the other sets of e-commerce and app-related terms and Privacy & Cookie Policy, as a consequence.
