Katherine Richards is a Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution and Commercial Litigation team in London. She works on a wide range of commercial disputes including contract disputes, defamation, professional negligence, shareholder disputes and matters involving consumer law.
In addition to court litigation, Katherine has experience in several types of Alternative Dispute Resolution, including mediation, negotiations and arbitration.
Katherine also has experience working in STEM, having obtained a BSc in Biomedical Science prior to converting to law and completing her training with the firm.
