Natalie has broad experience across the full spectrum of commercial disputes, including complex, high-value and often time-critical matters. She regularly advises on technically challenging cases involving multiple parties, substantial evidence and novel legal issues, delivering strategic, commercially focused solutions that protect her clients’ interests and support their business objectives.
Natalie has particular experience in obtaining and responding to applications for injunctive relief, including claims involving breaches of restrictive covenants, breaches of confidence and the misuse of confidential information.
She works closely with clients to develop pragmatic strategies that minimise risk and achieve the best possible outcome. Whether through alternative dispute resolution or court proceedings, Natalie remains focused on delivering practical solutions that help clients resolve disputes efficiently and effectively.
