Olivia Macken is a Chartered Legal Executive in the Commercial Litigation team at Shakespeare Martineau.
Olivia advises clients on a broad range of commercial disputes, including breach of contract claims and other business-related disputes. She also has experience advising on agricultural disputes, supporting clients on a variety of rural and farming-related matters. Olivia adopts a pragmatic and commercially focused approach, working with clients to resolve disputes efficiently through negotiation, alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and mediation wherever possible, while also representing clients throughout the litigation process where court proceedings are necessary.
