Selica Khan is an experienced Associate Solicitor with significant expertise in complex land disputes, including restrictive covenants, easements, and boundary issues. Sundeep is an Associate Solicitor, with a significant number of years experience in dealing with a whole range of property related disputed, with high degree of complexity and value. He has a particular expertise in actions involving the discharge of restrictive covenants, enforcement of easements, interpretation of property related contracts and forfeiture actions. He acts for a wide range of clients including high value land owners, consortiums, landlords and tenants.

Tamsin specialises in contentious trusts and probate, with particular expertise in disputes involving wills, estates, and trusts. She regularly represents private individuals, trustees, and charities, providing clear, strategic, and practical legal advice tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

Victoria is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation team and works closely with each of the Partners in both running cases and supporting client relationships.

Yasmin has been a part of the Legal Planning team at Shakespeare Martineau since June 2021 and qualified as a Solicitor in October 2023.

Anne has over 30 years’ experience in protecting clients’ wealth through wills and trust structures. She will always go the extra mile to ensure they and their family’s objectives are achieved as tax efficiently as possible.

Clare is responsible for the infrastructure aspect of schemes looked after by our development team.

Jennie is a key member of our corporate team, providing advice to both private and public companies.

As Head of Member Services, my role is to ensure that we provide a bespoke service to our Membership in all matters relating to them being a member of Ampa Holdings LLP. This is from their joining to their retiring and their journey in between. As a team we look after member capital, drawings, profit share distributions, taxation and current accounts. We also deal with their onboarding, off boarding and any changes arising from promotions within the membership. We endeavour to be a trusted advisor to our membership and to be their ‘go to’ as much as possible, signposting them as necessary to our colleagues across Ampa Group Services.
