Selica Khan is an experienced Associate Solicitor with significant expertise in complex land disputes, including restrictive covenants, easements, and boundary issues. She acts for commercial developers and landowners, offering strategic guidance and effective solutions tailored to their specific needs.

Sundeep is an Associate Solicitor, with a significant number of years experience in dealing with a whole range of property related disputed, with high degree of complexity and value. He has a particular expertise in actions involving the discharge of restrictive covenants, enforcement of easements, interpretation of property related contracts and forfeiture actions. He acts for a wide range of clients including high value land owners, consortiums, landlords and tenants.

Tom is a solicitor with over five years of restructuring and insolvency experience, who advises clients on a wide variety of non-contentious and contentious matters, including:

– Insolvency Litigation – bringing or defending high-value complex claims from insolvency practitioners (Trustees in Bankruptcy/Liquidators/Administrators) or litigation funders.
– Turnaround, restructuring, and recovery of distressed businesses.
– Director disqualification – advising directors subject to investigations/proceedings brought by the Insolvency Service.

Victoria is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation team and works closely with each of the Partners in both running cases and supporting client relationships.

As Head of Member Services, my role is to ensure that we provide a bespoke service to our Membership in all matters relating to them being a member of Ampa Holdings LLP. This is from their joining to their retiring and their journey in between. As a team we look after member capital, drawings, profit share distributions, taxation and current accounts. We also deal with their onboarding, off boarding and any changes arising from promotions within the membership. We endeavour to be a trusted advisor to our membership and to be their ‘go to’ as much as possible, signposting them as necessary to our colleagues across Ampa Group Services.

Noreen works for a range of clients including institutional and individual lenders, as well as funders and their customers in respect of their banking transaction.
