Junaid Hussain

Junaid is a Trainee Solicitor currently working with the Restructuring & Insolvency team. Junaid has been with the firm for over two years and has gained experience in Private Client law, Contentious Probate and Charity Law. Junaid is also part of the firm’s Social Committee, often organising events. Junaid has represented the firm in various sports initiatives, conferences and networking presentations.

Junaid is a Trainee Solicitor based in Birmingham.

He is currently in his second seat, sat in Restructuring & Insolvency. Prior to starting transitioning to becoming a Trainee, Junaid was a Paralegal within the Private Client team. He focused primarily on probate and estate administration files, but his experience extended to Trust work and Wills. Junaid assisted on both simple and complex files, working alongside senior colleagues and clients directly. Junaid has worked on multi-jurisdictional Estates and can complete estate accounts, comprising of both simple and complex matters surrounding tax, profit and loss and balance sheets.

Junaid is also part of the firm’s Responsible Business Committee; regularly looking for ways to return back to the community – whether it be by donating blood, mentoring or assisting in work experience initiatives for students.
