With over 20 years experience as a specialist insolvency lawyer, I work with insolvency practitioners, lenders, distressed businesses and other stakeholders to find practical and commercial solutions. I advise on administrations, liquidations, CVA’s, receiverships and bankruptcies, and have a wide range of creative tools to help my clients, whether through litigation, transactions, restructuring or general advice. I have significant experience and enjoy working in the healthcare and travel sectors.
I am based in our new Southampton office, but work closely with my colleagues in all of our other offices to support clients nationwide.
