Sheena Tandy

Sheena is a Legal Director in our Restructuring, Recoveries & Insolvency team, providing pragmatic and commercial advice within the field of both corporate and personal insolvency

Sheena has a wide range of experience in contentious and non-contentious insolvency law for both national and local clients. In particular, her experience includes advising on validity of appointments, security documentation, retention of title claims, sales of distressed businesses. She also has extensive experience in dealing with asset recovery actions, director’s conduct and misfeasance claims and all antecedent transactions.
Sheena predominately acts for Insolvency Practitioners but also acts on behalf of financial institutions, creditors, companies, individual directors and other stakeholders.
