Imran is skilled in providing innovative and cost-effective legal solutions to both commercial and individual clients, with a wealth of experience gained working at several international and national law firms, including working within an in-house capacity for a blue chip automotive company. Imran has advised clients ranging from private individuals to FTSE 100 companies.

Jonah Cooke is a solicitor in the Employment team in Birmingham, advising employers and individuals on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

Josh helps individuals plan for the future by assisting with drafting Wills, Estate planning and administration, Powers of Attorney and Trust planning and administration.

Junaid is a Trainee Solicitor currently working with the Restructuring & Insolvency team. Junaid has been with the firm for over two years and has gained experience in Private Client law, Contentious Probate and Charity Law. Junaid is also part of the firm’s Social Committee, often organising events. Junaid has represented the firm in various sports initiatives, conferences and networking presentations.

Kate advises clients on a wide range of issues, including regulatory compliance, Equality Act matters and data protection.

Kiran Kaushal is a Solicitor.

Kristine advises on renewable power projects and also has extensive experience of advising on gas projects. She advises clients on regulatory issues that will impact on their project and on the full range of commercial contracts (including trading agreements, GTMAs, EFETS and REMIT).

Stena is a Solicitor in the Corporate Healthcare Team. Stena qualified into the team in October 2022. She supports on dental, pharmacy and childcare sector transactions, including business sales and purchases, mergers, joint ventures, corporate lending, and company incorporation.

Tahmina delivers strategic, solution-focused legal advice to a broad client base, including commercial landlords, tenants, and registered providers of social housing.

Tait works closely with clients to resolve a broad range of commercial disputes and find pragmatic solutions to their legal issues.

Yasmin has been a part of the Legal Planning team at Shakespeare Martineau since June 2021 and qualified as a Solicitor in October 2023.

Yasmine is part of our affordable housing development team, with a strong commercial property and residential property background.

Amarysia is a Business Development specialist working with our teams in Birmingham, London, Milton Keynes, Bristol and International Desks. She works with partners and teams to drive growth, strengthen client relationships and deliver strategic business development initiatives. With regional insights and a commercial approach, Amarysia helps to translate opportunity into action, ensuring our legal services align with evolving client needs and market demands.
