Joanne Binks is an experienced, enthusiastic and compassionate STEP qualified Private Client Solicitor with Shakespeare Martineau.
Joanne deals with a wide range of matters, including the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney and Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputyship Applications, Administration of Estates and Administration of Trusts. As part of the estate planning process, Joanne advises in relation to matters such as potential claims against the estate under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, Inheritance Tax and Protection of Assets planning advice.
She has experience in advising a wide variety of clients; vulnerable / elderly clients, those with complex family relationships, clients with businesses, farming families and high net worth clients.
