Freya specialises in intellectual property matters, including intellectual property infringement disputes and non-contentious matters surrounding intellectual property protection and exploitation.
Freya’s work spans the full range of intellectual property rights, including patents, trade marks, and copyright. Freya has experience working on cases in the Supreme Court, Intellectual Property Enterprise Court and the High Court, as well as cases to be heard at the UK Intellectual Property Office Trade Mark Tribunal, and the WIPO Domain Name Dispute Resolution Center.
Freya holds a first class degree in Philosophy from the University of Cambridge along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Law.
