Georgina is the Due Diligence Manager for the healthcare team at Shakespeare Martineau having experience in both real estate and corporate sectors. She was a Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals and is currently transitioning to Paralegal CILEX Membership.

Hayley has worked within the legal profession since 1992, beginning as a junior Legal Secretary to obtaining a Specialist Paralegal Qualification with the Institute of Paralegals (the IPO) in Commercial Property in 2009. With the IOP merging with CILEX she is now a member of CILEX and in the process of obtaining an equivalent CILEX qualification.
