Georgina is the Due Diligence Manager for the healthcare team at Shakespeare Martineau having experience in both real estate and corporate sectors. She was a Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals and is currently transitioning to Paralegal CILEX Membership.
Georgina has worked in the healthcare sector for many years and has built sector specific knowledge and experience during that time which has enabled her to provide assured support to the healthcare team.
Having worked with the team’s head, Jordan Glackin, for over a decade on many corporate and individual related healthcare matters including REIT, pension and bank funded projects. Having commenced in white coat due diligence she moved into the wider social care sector eight years ago.
Georgina has a special interest in care home regulation having a family background in the healthcare sphere, she’s also involved in the firms Responsible Business initiative.
