Jonathan Tyson

Jonathan has worked in the healthcare sector since 2006. He really enjoys getting to know clients well and building long-term relationships with them.

Over that time he has worked on many different types of transaction in areas such as dental, pharmacy, opticians, children’s nurseries, care homes and specialist care providers.

Jonathan prides himself on his reputation, and the number of clients that continue to work with him over many years.

Recent highlights include:

1. Acting for the Sellers in the largest independent dental transaction ever seen in the sector, with the enterprise value well in excess of £50m.

2. Acting for a (then) newly formed dental group taking private equity investment in order to acquire practices 2 to 9, having already acted on practice 1. Then, working with the group to acquire a further 20 (at least) practices, and hopefully further ongoing work.

3. Acting for one of the largest corporates in the dental sector on over 180 transactions until they ceased with their acquisition strategy and focussed on consolidation.
