Tom Riley

Tom is a solicitor with over five years of restructuring and insolvency experience, who advises clients on a wide variety of non-contentious and contentious matters, including:

– Insolvency Litigation – bringing or defending high-value complex claims from insolvency practitioners (Trustees in Bankruptcy/Liquidators/Administrators) or litigation funders.
– Turnaround, restructuring, and recovery of distressed businesses.
– Director disqualification – advising directors subject to investigations/proceedings brought by the Insolvency Service.

Tom appreciates that most cases he advises on involve parties subject to intense pressure. He understands the importance of trust and efficiently assisting clients so they feel at ease and confident that their case is in safe reliable hands.

Tom is diligent and immediately looks to provide value to his clients. He is a problem solver and will quickly get to grips with the facts of his clients’ cases and present them with suitable options, which will help them achieve their overall objective.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys watching and participating in sports and spending time with his family and friends.
