Joanna is a partner in our residential development team and specialises in strategic land development projects. Having previously worked for Eversheds, Joanna has over 20 years experience in the sector.
Having worked for national housebuilders, promoters and landowners throughout her career, Joanna has a wealth of experience in the residential development sector advising clients on large scale strategic development projects. Recent projects she has worked on include the Western Expansion Area of Milton Keynes, the acquisition of land for the delivery of 1000 new homes and commercial centre in Daventry, and acting on the sale of L&Q Estates to Urban & Civic Plc.
Joanna uses her technical knowledge and years of experience working in the sector to bring the best commercial, straight forward advice to her clients.
The housing sector is a key part of the UK economy and the delivery of new homes and developments is a huge part of this. I am passionate about bringing the best legal advice to my clients to help deliver sustainable development and the benefits that can bring.
