About This Seminar

Tuesday 15 October 2024 | 09:00 - 11:00
Shakespeare Martineau, 2nd Floor, No.1 Colmore Square, Birmingham, B4 6AA

In this West Midlands strategic land seminar we will be focussing on easements and how they can constrain a strategic land site.  We will also run through some recent cases that provide things to think about when selecting land for development.

We will also be joined by Luke Hillson, from our sister firm Marrons who will give an overview on the impacts and outfall of Labour’s first 100 days in office and how the new Government have implemented their ‘build, build, build’ manifesto, how they will deliver 1.5 million homes in their first term and how this will balance delivery and design quality.

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and discuss some of the issues affecting strategic land in particular.

We look forward to catching up with you over a delicious breakfast.
