Rebecca is the Training and Compliance Manager for our Debt and Asset Recovery Team, and is responsible for ensuring all members of the team are fully trained on the compliance and soft skills aspects of dealing with our clients’ customers. This includes vulnerability, TCF, GDPR and other compliance matters.She is also responsible for ongoing call auditing for the team, refresher training and generally ensuring that all calls and claims are handled appropriately and to the highest standards.

With a career spanning FTSE-listed companies and complex governance environments, Reva plays a pivotal role in enabling clients and boards to operate with confidence and integrity.
